Yes, seasonally and weather-permitting we have outdoor dining in our second alley on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do you serve alcohol?
We serve beer, seltzers, and wines, but do not sell hard liquor.
Do you have vegetarian or gluten-free options?
Yes. For vegetarians, we have greek salads, veggie red beans and rice, and veggie nachos among other items. We are not a certified gluten-free restaurant, but most of our menu items are gluten-free – including all of our meat items, BBQ sauces, seasoning, beans and slaw. Just ask for us to hold the bread!
Do you have parking?
We don’t, but we subsidize a valet parking vendor. MemPark charges $12 to valet 50 feet from our entrance. MemPark is stationed at the corner of Monroe and Charlie Vergos Rendezvous Alley. MemPark is here Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4-9pm and on Friday and Saturday from 11am-10pm.
How do we package + ship?
We ship all of our perishable items in custom-designed cardboard boxes. These inner and outer boxes insulate and protect your food in transit. Our ribs are vacuum-sealed, our pork is packaged in 2 lb sealed containers or a 10 lb pan and our beans and slaw are in 16 oz sealed containers. All perishable items ship FedEx Priority Overnight. Our ribs and shoulder leave our downtown Memphis U.S.D.A. kitchen fully cooked and frozen. Your food will likely thaw in transit. Please prepare or refrigerate immediately. We pack each box with dry ice and ice packs. If your package still has a bit of dry ice in it when it arrives, please carefully discard the dry ice using protective gloves or potholders once the box is opened.
Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide across the United States. We do not ship perishable products to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O, F.P.O., or outside of the United States. Shipments to Hawaii & Alaska are subject to a $35.00 surcharge. Saturday delivery is also an extra $15. We ship non-perishable orders including sauces, seasoning, and merchandise across the United States and Canada via FedEx Ground or FedEx Ground Economy.
When will I get my order?
You will choose a delivery date at checkout. We ship orders according to your selected date. Rib, shoulder, and nacho orders placed Monday through Thursday before 2 pm CST are available for delivery next day (excludes holidays and peak season). Saturday delivery is available in select locations for an extra $15.00. Please call 1-901-522-8840 for availability. Non-perishable orders (sauces, seasoning, or shirts) ship FedEx Ground or Smart Post. We must have an accurate and complete shipping address for timely delivery. Make sure to include any apartment number, suite number, floor number, or company name. If your shipping address is incorrect or incomplete your order will be subject to service delays. We are not responsible for packages not delivered or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
