Common pricing questions.

Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. No trial, no expiring discount. You can stay on Free as long as you'd like — up to 2 staff and $1,000/mo in bookings. We only charge the 5% platform fee on payments processed through Hustl.it, plus standard Whop card fees.
What happens if I hit my revenue cap?
We'll send you a heads-up at 80% and 100%. You can keep taking bookings and invoice clients off-platform, or upgrade to unlock the higher cap (Premium: $7,000/mo · Max: unlimited). No auto-charge surprises — upgrades are always explicit.
Can I change plans any time?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with one click in settings. Upgrades are prorated to the day. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you never lose time you paid for.
How does annual billing work?
Toggle Annual above and you'll save 20% off the monthly price on Premium and Max. You're billed once for the year. If you cancel early, we refund unused months on a prorated basis — no "sorry, no refunds" fine print.
Do you offer a discount for nonprofits or students?
We offer 50% off Premium for verified 501(c)(3) nonprofits and a free year of Premium for students running a side hustle. Email hello@hustl.it with proof and we'll set you up.
What are the Whop card fees?
Standard Whop rates — 2.9% + 30¢ per successful card charge in the US. International cards and currency conversion are priced by Whop; we pass those through with no markup.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Any time. Export clients, bookings, and invoices as CSV from your dashboard. Your domain is yours to take with you. We don't trap data, ever.
