Questions about the free tools

Are these tools free?
Yes. All eight calculators show results without an email address, and the business rankings and starter kit contents are available without signup. You can choose to email a calculator breakdown, request an idea report, or get the kit by email. Those email forms ask for your agreement to join Hustl's mailing list. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Do I need a Hustl account?
No. None of the tools require an account or a subscription.
Where does the business data come from?
Wages, job projections, and self-employment rates come from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics: May 2025 wage estimates and 2025–35 employment projections. Those wages describe employees, not business owners. Startup cost ranges are Hustl planning estimates, and the rankings page links each source.
Does the idea validator use AI?
The seven questions are fixed, and your answers stay in your browser until you request the report. After you enter your email, Hustly, Hustl's AI assistant, reads your answers and writes the report. It arrives by email and is not shown on the page.
What do you do with my email address?
We send what you asked for and add you to Hustl's public mailing list for business tips, product news, and offers. You can unsubscribe from any email. Read the privacy policy for details.
