How do I get points for my visit?
On your TBC Rewards app, click “Code for Server” to generate your unique code. Give your server the code before paying your bill and we’ll link your order to your account. Points will automatically accrue once your order transaction is complete.
I don’t have the app, but I have a Rewards Account. How can I check in?
Simply provide your server with the phone number linked to your account. Be sure to do so before your bill is paid!
Does the total amount of my bill count towards points?
Everything except alcohol, tax, gratuity, and gift-card purchases counts toward reward points. Gift card redemptions do count toward points.
What forms of payment can I use?
Cash or physical credit/debit cards are accepted at all TBC locations to link your Rewards Account to your bill. At this time, contactless forms of payment (like Apple Pay) may not be compatible with the Rewards Program at all locations. Please have a physical form of payment to ensure we can link your account!
Can I get points for delivery orders through third-party companies like UberEats or Postmates?
No, only dine-in and in-person takeout orders are valid for point accrual.
I forgot to check in! Can I still get points for my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot add points retroactively. Be sure to check in with your server before paying your bill!
My server didn’t remind me to check in; can I still get points for my visit?
While our staff do their best to remind guests about our Rewards Program, checking in must be initiated by the guest. Unfortunately, we cannot add points after your visit.
I gave my server the code from my app before I paid the bill, but I don’t see my points. What can I do?
