What do I need to bring to class?
Mat - We have mats you may rent, and offer a variety of mats for sale. For greater hygiene and comfort, we encourage you to get your own mat. Clothing - Wear comfortable clothing that allows free range of movement, and fits close to the body. Water - We provide filtered water to fill your bottle, but don’t sell bottled water. Towel - Bring a towel if you need one. We don’t provide towels. Footwear - Yoga is generally done barefoot. Hair Tie - If you have long hair, you’ll probably need to tie it back. We have hair ties (no charge) if you forget to bring one.

What classes do you recommend for someone who is new to yoga?
It all depends on you! If you want to start slow, try a Level 1-2 or Slow Deep Stretch class. If you want more of a challenge, try an All Levels class.
