Do you accept insurance?
Helios is an out-of-pocket provider. While Helios does not accept insurance, and is not a Medicare provider, Patients are provided access to “super-bills” including requisite information for submission to PPO health insurance providers. Patients are required to prepare insurance submissions themselves. Therapy is often considered a valid expense for various Medical Savings Account plans, however patients must confirm this for their own plans independently.
What happens after I schedule my consultation?
At your scheduled consultation time, your Helios concierge will provide you with more information about Helios. During this consultation you will learn about our services, matched to an available provider and scheduled for your first appointment.
Is there a fee for the consultation?
No. However, if you schedule an intake appointment with one of our providers you will be asked to provide a payment method so that you can be billed automatically through our secure Patient Portal.
Does Helios provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy?
Yes. When medically appropriate, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy is a treatment option made available to our patients.
Does Helios offer genetic and nutritional testing such as SpectraCell and Genomind?
Yes. Helios offers a range of testing to evaluate patient responsiveness to interventions and to help track treatment effectiveness. These tests often support your treatment plan and provide insight into the the physiological aspects of mental wellbeing.
