How do I get started with dry cleaning delivery from Mulberrys?
You can sign-up for home delivery on our website or our free app . Once you’re signed up for dry cleaning delivery , just click on “schedule pickup” and pick the date that you would like your pickup. Then place your clothes in a bag outside your front door, inside a locker, or at your building’s front office. We will pick up your clothes and return them on your selected delivery date.
Is there a dry cleaning pickup or delivery charge?
No. Mulberrys home delivery service is completely free! New Feature: Looking for added convenience with evening service, a day outside of your standard route delivery and faster turnaround? Many areas now offer a premium service for an added fee. You will see this as an option when scheduling your pickup.
Do I have to tip my driver?
Nope, we take good care of our drivers.
I have stains and other special instructions I’d like to communicate on my order. What do I do?
If you are scheduling pickup via the app or website, you can give your instructions via the “Notes” field. Otherwise, you can include any notes in the bag with your order.
Can I have my order rushed?
We know you are busy and do all we can do to accommodate rush home delivery. In certain locations, Mulberrys offers 48 hour delivery for an additional charge. Feel free to text or call our concierge to determine if this applies to you.
How does delivery work in a condominium/loft complex?
It can vary from building to building, but generally we create a centralized pickup and delivery location within your building. An example of this would be your management office or a main floor lobby closet. Your items are picked up and delivered to this location. We also have lockers in a number of buildings.
