What’s in Purple Mountain Majesty and what does it taste like?
It’s a taro-based ice cream with raspberry. The flavor is uniquely creamy, earthy, and lightly floral with a bright raspberry pop. We offer unlimited tastes so you can try it.
How is Colorado Cookies & Cream different from regular Cookies & Cream?
We add cookies while the ice cream churns so they marinate in our proprietary dairy blend. The result tastes like Oreos throughout—not just vanilla with Oreos mixed in.
Do you make your own ice cream?
Yes. All ice cream is made at our Churn Barn in Colorado Springs by our team of ChurnMeisters.
What is the overrun of your ice cream?
Our ice creams average ~23% overrun (about 11.5% air), which is why they’re dense and creamy. We churn around 30 RPM.
Why don’t you carry sugar-free ice cream?
We’re exploring sugar-free formulations with our dairy partner. Producing a special blend requires minimum quantities, which we continue to evaluate.

We currently have six scoop shops in Colorado: four in Colorado Springs, one in Fort Collins, and one in Loveland.
