Why do I need to put down a $150 deposit for appointments?
$150 is our standard deposit for all appointments. We implemented this policy out of respect and consideration for our stylist’s schedules and the rate at which we receive booking requests. This deposit secures your spot on our schedule and it contributes toward your final service fee of your scheduled appointment.
How do I book a haircut as a single service?
Haircuts as a single service are only available on certain days with select stylists. Please call us at 719.937.5874 to book!
Why do I need to fill out an Inquiry Form for Extensions?
Our Luxury Extension Form is designed so that we have a better understanding of your current hair, hair care history, and your hair goals! This just simply gives us the information needed to properly assess how we can help you have your dream hair with nbr!
I need an appointment today, but everyone is booked, what do I do?
Please give us a call at 719.937.5874 to be put on our cancellation list! Please be sure to give us your name, the service you are requesting, and a good call back number and we will be in touch as soon as an appointment becomes available!
Do you offer consultations before booking a full service?
Absolutely! For major color transformations or hand-tied extensions, we strongly recommend booking a consultation first. This allows us to assess your hair, discuss your goals, and make sure we're aligned on the plan before your appointment day.
What extension methods do you use?
We specialize in hand-tied extension techniques, beaded row extensions, and K-tips which are all designed to be lightweight, comfortable, and minimally damaging. Our stylists are certified in multiple methods and will recommend the best one for your hair type and goals.
How long do hand-tied extensions last?
With proper care and maintenance, the extension hair itself can last 6–9 months or longer. You'll need to come in for move-up appointments every 6–10 weeks , depending on your hair growth and lifestyle
Do you work with new clients who’ve had extensions done elsewhere?
Yes, we love welcoming new clients! If you currently have extensions installed by another salon or stylist, we’ll need to see your hair in person or through photos first. That way we can determine whether a reinstallation or removal is needed, and recommend the next best steps.
What products do you recommend for at-home care?
We carry and recommend luxury haircare brands like Kérastase and Iles Formula , which are safe for both color and extensions. Your stylist will walk you through what’s best for your hair type before you leave the salon.
