How do I make a reservation for spa services?
<p>Sessions are by appointment only. The Best way to reach Zhaolin is by phone (719) 201-1601. For your convenience our Office Manager is available for question and scheduling. If we are in Session with a Client, we will reply as soon as possible to any text or voice message.</p>
What should I expect during my first visit to the spa?
<p>Please arrive 10 minutes early for your Initial visit. A customized Health History will be requested in order to be aware of any special needs or concerns. Your Massage Therapist will make necessary adjustments for your well-being and safety.</p>
Are there any health considerations for spa services?
<p>Health considerations will be taken into account. Our goal is to make your health and wellness a priority in a safe and comfortable environment.</p>

Is there a Cancellation Policy?
<p>Please arive no later than 10min of your scheduled appointment. Once an appointment is scheduled there is a 12 hour minimum cancellation requirement.</p><p>Any “No Show” or “No Call” will be assessed a $35.00 Fee.</p>
Do you offer a Referral Bonus Voucher?
<p>When a client referral is acknowledged using the ColoSprgs Massage Brochure, and a referred client massage session is completed, the person who made the referral will be awarded a 10% discount on their next selected massage session.</p>
Are there Gift Certificates available for purchase and what would be the expiration?
<p>Yes. Gift Certificates are available for purchase. All new clients are eligible for the Initial 60 minute Massage for $50.00. These certificates are good for one year from the date of purchase.</p>
What Client Payment Options are accepted?
<p>ColoSprgs Massage accepts Visa, Venmo, Debit Cards and Cash at no additional cost to our Clients.</p>
