Yes and No. Your gift can be sent anonymously, however upon request by the “recipient” we will provide your “sender” name and address to the recipient.

The Cookies by Design corporate organization does not offer gift card options for purchase.

We pride ourselves in being Cookies “by Design” and while we have many designs and messages to choose from online, we are limited in the variations available to order at cookiesbydesign.com, generally you may only change the message that appears on the “message cookie” within your gift (maximum of 25 characters). However, we are more than happy to personalize and /or customize your cookie gift, with a special message, particular colors, a different theme or mix and match designs. The best way to do this is to contact the Cookies by Design location servicing your gift recipients zip code by dialing 855COOKIES (266-5437) to discuss your gift needs. Our decorators are highly skilled and creative artisans.

There may be a few reasons why the site isn’t accepting your promo code. First, check the expiration date of the promotion. Second, check that you have met the minimum product purchase amount to activate the promotion. Lastly, check to make sure that the promotion is not an “in-store” promotion only. If those three qualifications are satisfied, then you may be visiting our site from one of our affiliate sites (in which we don’t allow promotions from), where you will need to clear your browser history to continue with the promotion code towards your purchase. Each delivery zip code is programmed with a preset order “cut off” time based on the delivery options available to that zip code and gift selected. We do offer a selection of “Last Minute” gifts that can be created and delivered quickly to zip codes within the Hand Delivery area of our local Cookies by Design shops. Delivery dates for zip codes that require your gift to be shipped are preset using cut off times based on the gift being ordered and recipient location. If the date you need is not available call 855COOKIES (266-5437), press 1 and enter your recipient’s zip code to be directed to the Cookies by Design shop servicing your recipient’s area, they will provide the quickest delivery options.
