Yoga for everybody

Welcome yogi! If you are brand new to Yoga 4 Everybody, we offer 2 weeks of yoga for $ 55 (plus tax), a great way to experience different instructors, class days, times and styles of yoga. This promotion can be purchased online or at the studio. Upon your first visit to Y4E, please give yourself a few extra minutes (and a few more if you’re coming in on Saturday or Sunday) to complete a new student form and waiver, and to orient yourself with the studio. We think you will find the Yoga 4 Everybody community to be kind, thoughtful, and respectful. In the spirit of this, please: – Speak quietly so as not to disturb other classes and practitioners, and honor silence when entering and setting up in the practice rooms – Refrain from wearing perfumes or strong scents – Leave your shoes and other personal belongings in the reception area – Do not use your cell phone in the practice rooms, and, switch them to airplane mode, not vibrate – Enjoy your drinks in closed containers – If you are coughing, sick or not feeling well please stay home and take class online. We offer most classes hybrid style so you have the ability to join us that way.

You don’t need to be flexible, nor do you need to know anything about yoga to begin. At Yoga 4 Everybody, we welcome you to come as you are; flexible, stiff, old, young, new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner.

We offer a diverse range of classes suitable for all levels, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and specialized classes like restorative and prenatal yoga. You can see the list of class descriptions here. We do not offer any hot yoga classes. That being said, our students have mentioned how sweaty they can get from taking the strong-style classes we offer.

Yes, many of our classes incorporate meditation and mindfulness practices to enhance the holistic benefits of yoga.

Yes, all our instructors are certified and experienced, dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for your yoga journey.

While we don't have showers, we do have two bathrooms on our floor where you are able to change, if need be.

All sales are non-refundable. Full payment is required to reserve your space. If you need to cancel, you are able to do so and receive a credit in your account as long as the cancellation takes place two hours prior to the start of the class. We highly recommend that you pre-register for classes that you want to participate in.

Children under the age of 16 will need a parent or legal guardian to complete our registration form and grant permission for their child to participate in class. If your child is younger than 14 and you would like to take him/her WITH you to class, please call us to discuss 203.254.YOGA. No child under the age of 13 can participate in our adult yoga classes. Y4E offers the following yoga series and workshops for kids and families: – Aerial for Middle School Girls - Request for Private Group Class – Pre and postnatal Yoga (weekly class)

There is ample parking at the Sportsplex. During peak time class times, please arrive about 20 minutes earlier to find a parking spot since many of the other wellness facilities are also busy at that time.

We are located at the Sportsplex at 85 Mill Plain Road in Fairfield, Connecticut. We are located on the third floor of building V/W and Yes, we have an elevator on the first floor of the building. Here is a map of our location . At the entrance of the building you will find three glass doors. The door with our logo leads to the three flights of stairs. The double glass doors lead to the elevator.

Wear clothing that allows ease of movement while sitting, standing, twisting and bending.
