WHAT TYPE AND SIZE OF PIZZA DO YOU SERVE?
We serve Neapolitan pizza, or pizza Napoletana, is a type of pizza that originated in Naples, Italy. This style of pizza is prepared with simple and fresh ingredients and they are cooked at very high temperatures (800 F to 900 F) for no more than 90 seconds. All our pizzas are hand tossed therefore size may very slightly but they all intended to be personal sized about 10-12 inches which is equivalent to a medium sized pizza.
DO YOU HAVE GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS?
We do not currently make gluten-free pizza. We hand-make our dough and bake our pizza in a single brick-oven. The health of our guests is critical, and given that we only use one oven, we wouldn’t be able to guarantee a gluten free product. If you or anyone in your party has a food allergy or gluten intolerance, please notify the manager.
DO YOU HAVE VEGAN OPTIONS?
Oh, of course! Our menu includes delicious Vegan Pizzas, such as the Vegan Margherita, the Vegan Campagnola, the Vegan Meatball, the Vegan Boscaiola and the Vegan Ortolana. Our Vegan Pizzas wouldn’t be vegan without our dairy-alternative vegan cheese. We promise you, you won’t be able to tell the difference.

DOES YOUR PIZZA CONTAIN PEANUTS OR PEANUT OIL?
No. Peanut and/or peanut oil is not used in the manufacture of any of our products. However, some of ingredients are processed in plants of third party suppliers who also process nut products in the same plants. Although these suppliers practice strict sanitation procedures and preventative measures for cross-contamination, we can not guarantee that all of our products are 100% nut-free.
