Yes. We realize a virtual card number can be difficult to memorize. You may also use your phone number or email address during store visits to earn points and redeem rewards. NOTE: If your phone number or email address changes from the time of registration, please make sure to keep it updated on your account.

No. We have discontinued future distribution of cards for Preferred and VIP members. All accounts are virtual. NOTE: If you currently have a card, it is still valid and can be used to earn points and redeem rewards.

Any person 18 years of age or older and loves Grotto Pizza! However, employees of Grotto Pizza are not eligible to participate.

Visit any participating Grotto Pizza location and provide your Swirl Rewards Club virtual card number, email address, or phone number to your server. You will earn one point for every dollar you spend (excluding tax and tip).

Yes, points can be earned and Swirl Rewards Bucks can be redeemed for online ordering purchases. All other rewards must be redeemed by ordering directly from the restaurant through a server or team member, or by calling a location directly for takeout and delivery. Swirl Rewards Club benefits are NOT valid for DoorDash or third-party delivery services.

Yes you can, by sharing your love for Grotto Pizza. Our Refer-a-Friend* program allows you to earn points when you get others to register in the Swirl Rewards Program. Log in to your account, select “Tell a Friend,” enter your friend’s email in the correct field. After they register and use their account, you will receive 50 bonus points! Stay alert for additional bonus point opportunities. *Max 250 refer-a-friend bonus points per year.

Yes. Earned points are valid for 6 months and Swirl Rewards Bucks are valid for a year. The expiration date can be viewed on the account balance screen, or in the email notifying you of the reward.

Yes. You will not earn points for DoorDash or third-party delivery services, gift card purchases, online Grotto Pizza retail merchandise, taxes, gratuity, bonus cards, or purchases made with rewards.
