Why are there variations in flavor selection from one store to another?
Our ice cream is made fresh in our stores each and every day. We have over 150 ice cream flavors and each location is permitted to make up to 24 per day. The only required flavors are Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla. You can sign up to receive an email or text alert when your participating store makes your favorite flavor. Where can I find the Nutritional Information for your products?
Visit the Menu section of our website where we list nutritional information for our products. All our flavors are prepared from our chocolate or vanilla bases. The nutritional content of each of our flavors or products may vary somewhat from that of its base, depending on the add-ins used for the flavor.
Does Bruster's ice cream contain nuts?
We make all of our products fresh in our stores each and every day. We have two ice cream machines in which we make all of the products. The machines are sterilized before we start and rinsed between batches. No peanuts are put through the machine. If peanut butter is used, the machines are rinsed and sanitized. Please note, there are A LOT of peanuts in our stores. We cannot give a 100% guarantee that there will be no cross contamination. Please make sure your scooper is aware of any allergy.
Does Bruster's make a gluten-free ice cream?
We do not consider our ice cream gluten free. The vanilla and chocolate base that we use does not contain any gluten, but we make our ice cream flavor over flavor, which means there may be microscopic traces of gluten from other “add-ins” left in the machines even though they are rinsed between flavors.

It is best to ask your local Bruster’s, but generally 48 hours is needed.
