What payment methods to you accept for exotic car rentals?
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Paypal. We do accept cashier’s checks, cash, wire transfer and in some cases but a credit card must be on file for the car deposit and damage deposit. See damage deposit below above.
Do you have an age limit for exotic car rentals?
The minimum age is 25 years old with a clean driving record. Imagine Lifestyles has the right to refuse a car rental to those with major moving violations, DUI convictions and any other major infractions.
Do you offer refunds?
Imagine Lifestyles does not provide any refunds, returns or exchanges of any kind. Imagine Lifestyles goal is to provide you with superior service. If you have an issue of any kind during your rental please let us know so we can make appropriate arrangements
What is your cancellation policy for luxury car rentals ?
When scheduling your rental Imagine Lifestyles will typically request a $250 down payment in order to lock in your date, this amount will be non-refundable. There are no refunds for cancellation within 72 hours of reservation time/date, and Imagine Lifestyles may request payment in full for any remaining balances due. Cancellations up to 1 week before reservation may qualify for a partial refund. For refunds and cancellations some exclusions may apply, example include the following but are not limited to: holidays, special orders, long term rentals, special events, extenuating circumstances. Please note Imagine Lifestyles does not provide refunds if the vehicle is used less than the reserved hours and or days.
Do you charge for Delivery / Pick Up on your Luxury rental cars?
If you are within our range of pick up and drop off destination there will be no delivery or pick up fees. If you fall outside our delivery/pick up areas certain charges may apply. Imagine Lifestyles will provide you with that information at the time you make your reservation
What is the typical security deposit for you exotic car rentals?
Our security deposits range from $2,500 to $10,000
Do you allow International Drives to rent a Luxury Car rental?
International drives are allowed to rent from our luxury fleet. International drivers must provide us with a valid passport and driver’s license from their country.
Is there a maximum allowance of mileage you can drive on one of your cars?
Daily mileage for luxury vehicles is 100 miles per day. Daily mileage for exotic vehicles is 75 miles per day. Imagine Lifestyles will provide you with the amount of miles allowance for the vehicle you rent and the renter is responsible for additional cost per mile if you drive over the stated mile allowance.
