Your subscription is valid for one year after sign up.

Platinum members have the ability to unlock the best deals and free gifts and perks throughout the year on the Tanger app. Members that have joined Gold Membership at an annual $20 subscription and have spent more than $500 in their subscription year achieve Platinum status. The annual $20 Subscription is discounted by $5 on future renewal dates as long as the $500 spend threshold is met during the membership year.

We’re sorry to see you go! You can manage your subscription directly in the Tanger app. Visit Personal Preference, Membership status, manage payments. This will take you to your customer portal where you’re able to manage your membership subscription plan. Here, you can also update your personal information as well as payment methods. If we do not receive your cancelation request twelve (12) days prior to your renewal date, you will be automatically renewed.

You still are! You will always be a TangerClub member and enjoy all the perks and benefits of our Blue Tier, including exclusive deals, redeemable points, and other member benefits. Upgrade to TangerClub Gold for even MORE!

You are welcome to purchase a TangerClub membership to use at one of our other Tanger locations, but note, you will no longer be eligible for the TangerClub benefits at Howell.

Tanger Howell location is now owned and operated by Time Equities and is no longer a part of Tanger. TangerClub benefits will not be honored in Howell. TangerClub memberships will remain active and can be used at any other Tanger property in the US and Canada. Visit Tanger.com to view all current Tanger locations. If you have Tanger retailer receipts dated March 15, 2025 to April 15, 2025 that need to be uploaded to earn points to your subscription, please email them to tangercomments@tanger.com for processing and we will issue points for you.

Any previously purchased Tanger Outlets gift cards with a remaining balance can continue to be used in Howell stores through April 15, 2027. You can obtain your card balance by calling 1-800- 755-0085 (see back of gift card).

Tanger Howell is under new management and is no longer a part of the Tanger text program. Tanger Text offers are no longer valid at this location. You can visit Tanger.com for a list of locations to use Tanger Text offers. If you no longer want to receive Tanger texts, please reply STOP to your latest message to be removed from the list.

You can access your exclusive deals under "My Tanger" in the Tanger App or from any center’s “Deals” link on the website. Browse Deals, which are available by membership tier (Blue, Gold, and Platinum), and Rewards, which can be unlocked with earned points and can be found under “Redeem Points” in your account menu.

Deals are available to all TangerClub members and vary by tier. The higher your status level, the deeper the discounts you'll enjoy. Please note that each individual deal can only be utilized once per day.
