The price for a Strategic Blueprint is based on a number of variables, which include the size of your key stakeholder team, the number of your team members to be interviewed and over what time period, the size and complexity of your business/project, your industry and others. What is Discovery Day like for the Marketing Direction Strategic Blueprint™?
Discovery Day is a series of interviews involving our CMO/Lead Strategist and Lead Marketer and your key stakeholders. For convenience and efficiency, we like to schedule all interviews for the same day. Each stakeholder is interviewed individually for anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes.
How long does a Marketing Direction Strategic Blueprint™ take?
From Discovery Day to the presentation of your Marketing Direction Strategic Blueprint™ is usually about four to six weeks. Every minute of that time is needed to conduct interviews and research and develop the Strategic Plan, Marketing Plan and Detailed Marketing Plan.
How quickly can you start executing once the Marketing Direction Strategic Blueprint™ is approved?
We can usually start immediately, as soon as an Agreement is signed. This can even happen the same day or the next day! Usually our clients are pretty excited to get started at this point, so we are ready when you are.
How will your marketing team work with my team?
When we kick things off, we’ll discuss with you the best ways to work together. At a minimum, we will provide a weekly status report to you in writing, conduct regular status calls or meetings and route all approvals through you or your designate. Some of our clients like for us to visit their office occasionally – sometimes weekly, sometimes monthly; some are happy with virtual meetings via Zoom or MS Teams. We will work with you to determine what works best for you and your team.
