What Sort of Work Do You Do?
Hagen’s is a full service collision repair shop . We are not a mechanical repair and service shop. We do not handle things such as brakes, oil changes, cooling systems, engine work, mufflers/exhaust, tires, or upholstery unless they are related to collision repair. We do not sell auto parts and supplies. We no longer do auto restoration on antique & classic cars.
Do You Provide Quotes Online or over the Phone?
We do not write on-line estimates or provide ‘ballpark’ estimates over the phone. In order to provide an accurate estimate, we ask that you come in person to the shop so that we can assess the damage, discuss the repair, and how long it might take to properly repair your vehicle.
How Do I Get an Estimate?
Come to the shop anytime Monday thru Thursday from 7:am to 5:pm (Friday 4:30) for an in person estimate. No appointment is required. Bring any insurance claim information with you.
Do You Replace Windshield Glass?
We do the repairs around the windshield but not the glass. Contact a windshield glass replacement company for fast, mobile on-site installation.
Do You Paint Entire Vehicles?
We do auto body repair and painting related to collision repair only.
Do You Work on Motorcycles, Trailers, Large Commercial Trucks?
We perform auto body repair and paint on all makes and models of passenger vehicles and light trucks. Contact a repair, or paint and customization shop that specializes in motorcycles. We do not work on trailers or large commercial trucks.
