Biscuitville

As a part of our outreach and to foster goodwill, Biscuitville strives to be a good corporate citizen by making donations to nonprofit community organizations. We offer donations on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the date and time we receive your completed donation request form. We offer up to 100 full-size ham, sausage, or plain biscuits for your event. Any donated items may not be resold. Biscuitville no longer makes cash contributions, prize donations, coupon donations, or gift card contributions as part of our donations program.

We offer donations for nonprofit organizations, schools, and community groups or for events raising funds to benefit nonprofit organizations. Biscuitville bakes thousands of fresh biscuits to support local causes, events, and organizations each year. While all requests are considered, some examples of our community involvement are: Assisted Living / Senior Services Churches Homeless and Underserved Populations Hospitals and Health Services First Responders Veterans Organizations Schools Sports Teams Biscuitville does not support through our donation program: Activities or organizations that do not align with Biscuitville’s purpose of enhancing lives by serving others Family reunions Individuals Political campaigns, committees, or lobbying organizations

The more advance notice you can give our donations support staff to support your event, the better. All requests must be submitted on a completed form at least 30 days prior to the event date. Donation requests made within this time frame will be given consideration but cannot be guaranteed.

We are happy to provide a donation at the restaurant most convenient to you! Donation orders can be filled at all Biscuitville locations except Elon University.

To request a donation, simply complete the online form at least 30 days prior to your event date. The online donation request form must be completed in its entirety. Incomplete forms will not be processed. Due to the volume of donation requests that we receive, we no longer take donation requests at individual Biscuitville restaurants; in person at our Restaurant Support Center; or via phone, text, fax, email, or mail.

Once we have received your completed online donation request, you will receive an acknowledgment to the email address that you provided on the form. We are unable to acknowledge donation requests for incorrect or incomplete email addresses, so please make sure the email address you provide is correct. You will be contacted via email once your request has been reviewed. Please be sure to check your email’s Junk folder, as sometimes emails like to hide there. Donation requests are reviewed in the order in which they are received.
