The rules that govern your use of Hustl.it — what we provide, what you promise, and what happens if things go sideways.

Hustl.it is operated by Mosco Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

In these Terms, "Hustl," "we," "us," and "our" mean Mosco Holdings LLC. The "Service" includes our websites, applications, business tools, marketplace, and related services.
1. Your agreement with Hustl
These Terms govern your use of the Service. You must accept them before creating an account or using features that require an account.
The following policies also apply where relevant:
A specific policy governs its stated subject. These Terms govern other matters. A separately signed agreement controls where it expressly changes these Terms. Mandatory legal rights always take priority.
The Privacy Policy explains our data practices. Accepting these Terms does not replace any separate privacy or marketing consent required by law.
2. Age and parental responsibility
You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required by applicable law.
If you are under 18, or have not reached the age at which you can enter into this agreement where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms, authorize your use, and supervise your account.
A parent or guardian who accepts these Terms agrees, to the extent permitted by law, to be responsible for the minor's authorized use, purchases, and obligations under these Terms.
We may request reasonable evidence of age, guardianship, and consent. A guardian may contact legal@hustl.it to withdraw consent or request account closure, subject to identity verification and applicable law.
Parental permission does not override restrictions imposed by payment providers, individual programs, licensing rules, or applicable law. Payment acceptance, earnings, transfers, and withdrawals require separate eligibility and verification.
Children under 13 may not create or use an account.
3. Accounts and authorized access
Provide accurate information and keep it current. Protect your credentials and notify support@hustl.it promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Use the Service's authorized team and account-management features to give others access. You are responsible for access you authorize.
If you accept these Terms for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
4. What Hustl provides
Hustl provides software for managing business operations and connecting businesses with customers.
When you purchase a Hustl subscription, Mosco Holdings LLC supplies that subscription.
When you purchase services or products from a business using Hustl, that business is the supplier. It is responsible for its descriptions, pricing, work, delivery, customer support, and legal obligations.
A marketplace listing, review, or verification label is not a guarantee of licensing, insurance, safety, quality, or a particular outcome.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Prices, billing intervals, applicable fees, taxes, trial terms, and cancellation information must be disclosed before you authorize a purchase.
Subscriptions renew at the interval you select until canceled. A trial converts to a paid subscription only on the terms disclosed when you enroll.
The Business Use Policy explains Hustl subscription billing, payment-provider requirements, balances, payouts, refunds, and cancellation.
Deleting an application or stopping use does not cancel a subscription. Use the subscription cancellation controls or contact support if you cannot access them.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- Commit fraud, conduct unlawful transactions, or evade sanctions.
- Exploit children, threaten others, harass people, or distribute unlawful content.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
- Create false reviews, impersonate others, or misrepresent a business.
- Send unlawful marketing messages or misuse customer information.
- Introduce malware, access accounts without permission, or disrupt the Service.
- Manipulate payments, rewards, dispute rates, or security controls.
- Conduct activities prohibited by applicable payment-provider rules.
Report suspected abuse or security issues to support@hustl.it.
7. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content and records you provide, subject to the rights of others.
You grant Hustl the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display, transmit, and maintain that content to provide the Service. Public listings and other content you choose to publish may be displayed publicly.
You are responsible for having the permissions needed to upload and use your content.
Hustl and its licensors retain ownership of the Service's software, branding, and other proprietary materials. We grant you permission to use the Service while you comply with these Terms.
8. Automated and AI-assisted features
Automated suggestions and AI-assisted outputs may contain errors. Review them before publishing them or relying on them for business decisions.
You remain responsible for prices, schedules, communications, listings, and other actions you approve. These features do not guarantee revenue, legal compliance, or professional advice.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel subscriptions through the available controls or support.
We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach, nonpayment, fraud, security risks, legal requirements, or payment-provider restrictions. We will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue when reasonably practical.
Immediate action may be necessary to protect people, systems, or funds.
Account closure does not automatically forfeit amounts otherwise owed to you. Outstanding payments remain subject to valid fees, refunds, reversals, disputes, reserves, verification requirements, and applicable law.
Contact support regarding access to records following closure. Data retention and deletion are addressed in the Privacy Policy.
10. Service availability and warranties
We aim to provide a useful and reliable Service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, outages, integrations, and events outside our control.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable under these Terms for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities.
Hustl's total liability arising from the Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you paid Hustl for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not restrict obligations to account for amounts lawfully owed to you, or liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
12. Business indemnification
If you use Hustl for business, you agree to reimburse Hustl for reasonable losses and legal costs arising from third-party claims caused by your unlawful business activities, infringement of another person's rights, or material breach of these Terms.
This obligation does not apply to losses caused by Hustl's own wrongful conduct. We will provide reasonable notice of a claim and an opportunity to participate in its defense.
13. Disputes and governing law
Contact legal@hustl.it so we can try to resolve a dispute. This does not prevent either party from exercising legal rights or seeking urgent relief.
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, Wyoming law governs these Terms. Proceedings may be brought in the state courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, or the federal courts for the District of Wyoming.
Consumers retain any mandatory rights to the laws and courts available where they live.
These Terms do not impose a blanket waiver of lawsuits, appeals, regulatory complaints, or other legal remedies.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will provide advance notice of material changes when required by law and obtain renewed agreement when necessary.
Changes do not retroactively remove rights relating to completed purchases or existing disputes.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
