Can I cancel or change my coffee subscription at any time?
Yes! You can cancel any time, skip shipments, and increase your products in each shipment.
How fresh is Fulcrum Coffee? How often do you roast?
All orders are roasted and packaged on demand. We roast our coffee beans every Monday and Wednesday, shipping orders on Wednesdays and Fridays. Please remember that the cut-off time for placing orders is 10 AM on Mondays for Wednesday shipments and 10 AM on Wednesdays for Friday shipments.
How can I purchase Fulcrum Coffee in person?
All of our coffees are available at our Belltown cafe, Fulcrum Cafe, in Seattle. Our roastery headquarters in South Seattle are accessible by appointment only.
Can I have my coffee ground when I order?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer pre-ground coffee on our website. We do this to ensure the freshest possible coffee for our customers. We take pride in the quality and flavor of our beans, and delivering them whole allows you to enjoy them at their peak.
