<p>Yes! A special requests field is on all our menu items online, so you can tag any item with a special request when adding it to your cart. If you have a request that you can&#8217;t enter this way, please give us a call at <a href="tel:+12062647900">206-264-7900</a>. We’ll make sure to take care of these requests.</p>

<p>We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. For <a href="https://orderhh.com/catering/">catering orders</a>, we also accept company checks. Additionally, we offer house accounts for frequent customers who prefer that we bill them monthly. To learn more about our house accounts, give us a call.</p>

<p>It depends on the size of your order. Your order can be ready in as little as 15 minutes if it&#8217;s for one or two items. If you order more than that, it may take a bit longer because we make everything fresh to order. When you check out, you&#8217;ll be asked to choose a pickup time. Your earliest pickup time will be calculated on the size of your order and the time you place it.</p>

<p>Our café is open <strong>Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.</strong> The earliest pickup time for your online order is 11 a.m., and the latest is 2 p.m. We’re closed on federal holidays and bank holidays.</p>
