What is the minimum donation for each class?
Minimum donation per class is $10. We cannot give away free classes. We only accept credit card purchases of $10 and over.

How can I manage my schedule and pre-register for classes at True Love Yoga?
The “True Love Yoga” App or our “Book Now” page are the best ways to manage your schedule and pre-register for classes. Available on Apple and Android.
What time should I arrive for my first class as a new student?
New students, please arrive 10 minutes early to register OR register in advance.
Do I need to pre-register for classes?
Pre-registration for classes is recommended, but not required. However, we have a studio limit of 16-20 students per class, and pre-registered students receive priority.
What should I do if I’m running late or need to leave early?
All students should arrive before class starts and stay for the whole class duration unless arrangements have been made in advance with the teacher.
What should I bring to class?
Please bring a mat and a bottle for water. Please remove shoes/socks and place belongings in the cubby area.
What is the policy on cell phones during class?
Please silence all cell phones and stow them with the rest of your belongings. No video recording during class.
Is there a fragrance policy at True Love Yoga?
Please arrive clean and without heavy fragrance.
How do I know which class is right for me?
Please choose a class that is appropriate for you physically and modify when necessary. Use our handy flow chart on our booking page.
Where is True Love Yoga located, and is there parking available?
TLY Midtown: Street parking is available. We are at Broadway and Knickerbocker in a storefront across from Post Coffee.
Can children take classes at True Love Yoga?
Fully participating children 12+ are allowed to practice with a guardian. No children under 12.
