Acceptable Use Policy
Hustl.it is for legitimate service businesses. This policy is the short list of things that will get your account suspended.
§1 · What's not allowed
You may not use Hustl.it to:
- Sell goods or services that are illegal where you operate — including but not limited to adult services, weapons, controlled substances, and regulated financial products.
- Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages through our email tools.
- Impersonate another business, misrepresent your identity, or scrape the platform.
- Bypass rate limits, attempt unauthorized access, or probe for vulnerabilities without our written permission. (See Trust & Security for our bug bounty.)
- Process transactions as a front for chargebacks or money laundering.
§2 · How we enforce this
We investigate reports within 48 hours. For clear-cut violations we suspend the account immediately and notify the operator. For ambiguous cases we reach out first. You can appeal any suspension by replying to the notification email.
