Refund & Billing Policy
Short, fair, and in writing so there are no surprises.
§1 · Free plan
There's nothing to refund on the Free plan — it's free. Platform fees on transactions (5%) are non-refundable once a client has been charged, but we refund them in full in the case of a verified error on our side.
§2 · Monthly paid plans
Cancel any time. Your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period. We don't pro-rate mid-month cancellations, but you keep all premium features until the period ends.
Cancelled on day 3 of a monthly cycle? You've still got 27 days of Premium to enjoy.
§3 · Annual paid plans
Change of mind within the first 14 days: full refund, no questions. After that, we refund unused months on a prorated basis, minus any already-realized discount.
§4 · Chargebacks
Disputing a charge without contacting us first may trigger account suspension while we investigate. Email billing@hustl.it — we resolve 95% of billing issues within one business day.
§5 · Tax
Prices are exclusive of applicable sales tax, VAT, and GST. We collect and remit where legally required. Contact billing with any tax-exempt documentation.
